  • What materials do you use?

    I work with the highest quality professional artist materials to ensure every piece is built to last. My creative process is a layered adventure—combining oil and acrylic paints, ink, charcoal, pencils, markers, oil sticks and the occasional burst of spray paint. Every work is sealed with a UV-protective varnish so it can shine for years to come.

  • Are your paintings framed?

    Most of my canvases are sold unframed, and here’s why: the painting often continues around the edges—it’s part of the whole experience! This frameless look also has a clean, modern vibe many people love.

    Paper works are sold unframed and unmounted too, but if you’d like advice or want help finding the perfect frame to show off your new treasure? Let’s chat. Framing is a bit of an art form on its own!



  • Will my painting be ready to hang?

    Yes! Your painting will arrive with picture wire already installed and ready to go.  If you’ve got questions or special hanging needs, I’m just an email away.

  • My favorite painting has sold—how do I keep from missing out again?

    Some pieces find their forever homes fast—if one stole your heart, I get it! To catch the next one, join my mailing list for early previews of new pieces before they go live. You can also follow me on [Instagram] for studio peeks, behind-the-scenes chaos, and new work in progress.



  • Will the artwork look exactly like what I see online?

    I do my very best to show accurate photos, but screens can be tricksters. Colors may shift slightly depending on your device and lighting.These minor differences aren’t considered faults, and won’t be valid reasons for return—but if you’re unsure about a piece, just ask! I'm always happy to provide extra images or context. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Absolutely. My art is ready to cross oceans and mountain ranges. I ship throughout Europe and to most corners of the world.

    Please note: customs fees or import taxes might be applied depending on your country’s rules, and those are the buyer’s responsibility.

    If you’re lucky enough to live in the Berner Oberland, I’d be happy to hand-deliver  larger paintings—just let me know!

  • How soon will I get my artwork?

    Once your order comes in, I pack your piece with care (and a bit of love), then send it on its way as quickly as possible. Timing can vary depending on your location, but I’ll keep you in the loop. Got a special date in mind? Let me know and I’ll do what I can to make it happen.



  • What if my painting arrives and I don’t love it?

    Art is personal—I want you to feel that spark. If it’s not quite right, you’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return.

    To be eligible, your piece must be in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is your responsibility and must use the same service I used. Once it’s safely back, I’ll refund you within 14 days. Easy and respectful.



  • What if my artwork arrives damaged?

    Everything is packed securely with love and care—but if something unexpected happens in transit, contact me immediately. I’ll do all I can to sort it out. Your art deserves to arrive safe, whole, and ready to inspire.
